The defining characteristic of the HR space is that it is fractured. New solutions that target small niches to deliver incremental value come out daily. They want to work with one vendor for payroll, another for benefits administration, and another for onboarding. However:
They don't want to rekey data in each one of them.
They don't want their employees to remember separate URLs and login credentials across these systems to use those solutions.
They don't know how to coordinate across all of these solutions to present a seamless, integrated experience to their employees/members.
This problem is only growing in scale each day, and if you offer a solution in the health insurance space, you are DOA if you don't have an integration strategy.
